Thomas B. Moran

Addison Group, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Moran has more than 28 years of experience in the staffing industry and has held executive leadership positions within the industry’s largest firms. Prior to joining Addison Group in 2011, Mr. Moran served as chief executive officer, for Mastech Inc., a leading, publicly-traded staffing firm. Previously, Mr. Moran served as chief executive officer, partner, for Frontenac Company, Inc., a private equity firm. Prior to his work with Frontenac Company, Mr. Moran served as president and chief executive officer of Hudson Highland Group, Inc., Americas, where he built a management team that led the organization to record revenues and profits. Mr. Moran also served in various leadership roles at Robert Half International, where he directed and grew operations as the District President of Operations for one of the largest multi-state territories in North America.

Steve Levenkron

Chief Information Officer

Steve brings many years of IT and staffing experience to Addison Group. Prior to joining Addison Group in January of 2018, Steve worked at CDI Corporation, an Engineering and Technology solutions and staffing company based in Philadelphia. Steve joined CDI in 2000 as Director of Data Center Operations and was then responsible for the organization’s Enterprise Computing Services. He was promoted to Chief Information Officer in 2011. As CIO, Steve oversees our ever-growing and evolving team of IT professionals responsible for the organization’s network services, infrastructure, and security as well as its end user support and application management.

J. David Morgan

President, Information Technology

A graduate of Merrimack College, Mr. Morgan is a seasoned staffing professional with an exclusive focus on Information Technology.  He began his career in Boston as a top Account Manager in the Boston office of Sapphire Technologies (now part of Vedior).  Mr. Morgan went on to open the company’s Houston practice, which became the company's fastest growing office in North America for three consecutive years.  He subsequently opened and managed offices in Dallas, Austin, Detroit, and Chicago.  Mr. Morgan joined Addison Group in September 2001 to manage the IT practice and was promoted to president of the IT division in January 2010.

Jay Houston

President, Finance & Accounting Contract

Mr. Houston began his career at AccountPros in 1997, where he was the top sales producer for two years.  In 1999, he founded Addison with 3 other staffing professionals.  Starting as Business Development Manager in Chicago; he has gone onto lead several different groups, including F&A Contract and Consulting.  In 2012, he was named president of the F&A Contract practice.  Mr. Houston received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Sam Houston State University

Phil Gaddis

President, Executive Search

Mr. Gaddis joined Addison Group in 2005 to help build the company’s Finance and Accounting (F&A) Executive Search practice in Houston.  In less than three years, it became the largest revenue producer and most profitable permanent placement practice in the company.  Mr. Gaddis was promoted to President of Addison Group’s F&A Executive Search practice in November 2010 and is charged with growing the company’s present operations and expanding into new markets.  Prior to Addison, Mr. Gaddis spent nine years with AccountPros Executive Search in a variety of management roles, from Division Manager to Vice President-Executive Search, where he was responsible for growing the operations in Dallas and Houston.  He also developed and headed the national energy practice, successfully completing searches nationally in the upstream/E&P, midstream/plant operations, and downstream/merchant trading industries.  Mr. Gaddis graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance.

Kelly Gorham

President, Healthcare

A founding partner of the Administrative division, Kelly Gorham joined Addison Group in 2003.  She is currently responsible for leading and directing the growth of the Healthcare division.  Prior to joining Addison, Ms. Gorham was a Regional Manager for a national staffing firm, responsible for branch and on-site operations.  She served as a Managing Partner for a regional staffing firm, where she oversaw the opening of offices in Denver, Phoenix, and Chicago.  She also served as Vice President of Operations for a local staffing firm and lead successful office openings in the Chicago, San Francisco, and Boston markets.

Ed Kavanagh

President, Administrative

Ed Kavanagh co-founded the Administrative division when he joined Addison Group in 2003. Prior to joining Addison, Mr. Kavanagh spent 6 years in the staffing industry, including starting the Chicago office for a national firm and managing the Chicago operations for a local staffing agency. He also spent six years in the financial services industry where he was a top sales producer. Mr. Kavanagh is a graduate of LSB College, Dublin.

Steve Wolfe

Executive Vice President, Operations & Administration

Mr. Wolfe has served in leadership positions in the staffing industry for more than 20 years, focused primarily in specialty staffing areas of information technology, accounting and finance, and healthcare. Prior to joining Addison Group, he served as the SVP of Branch Services at Mastech opening new offices to develop local business relationships with clients and candidates. He was the VP of Corporate Development for them prior to taking on Branch Services, where he drove the re-branding of the company and developed consistency with processes and procedures in the day to day business methodologies of the company. In addition, Mr. Wolfe served in leadership positions at Robert Half, ProStaff and Adia.
