What is the SIA Annual Staffing Report?

The report provides a comprehensive analysis of the staffing industry landscape in the US.

It highlights the growth of the industry, with the number of firms over $100 million in revenue growing from just 98 in 2010 to more than 250 in 2023.

The companies listed account for over three-quarters of US staffing market revenue, demonstrating the significant impact these firms have on the industry.

Largest Staffing Firms in the US in 2023

In the “Largest Staffing Firms in the United States: 2023” report, Addison Group was named among the top staffing firms in the country.

This year, SIA counted 251 staffing firms with $100 million or more in US revenue, a significant increase from 225 last year.

Addison Group proudly placed #33 on this list, moving up from #35 in 2022.

This upward movement is a testament to their team’s hard work and dedication to providing top-tier staffing services – specializing in IT, Digital Marketing, Finance and Accounting, Healthcare, Human Resources and Administration.

Largest Direct Hire Staffing Firms

Addison Group was named #12 on SIA’s list of largest Direct Hire staffing firms in the US in 2023, moving up six spots from 2022’s list.

Addison Group was named by SIA as one of the largest Marketing/Creative staffing firms in the US in 2023, ranking #19, up one spot over 2022.
