A HireStrategy client is looking for an experienced Customer Service Representative to support a high volume call center in Alexandria, Virginia. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-regarded company in a fast paced and fun environment! 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls as necessary
  • Follow up with customers via email as necessary
  • Provide general technical troubleshooting on a range of topics
  • Promptly process and resolve customer issues
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude in times of high stress or uncertainty
  • Promote the client’s products via outbound calls as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years Prior Call Center experience (preferably in a high volume setting)
  • Bachelors’ preferred, High School Diploma required
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain a positive attitude
  • Respond quickly to changing priorities
