Customer Service Representative

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The Customer-Service Professionals will provide outstanding customer service by answering a wide range of questions regarding our client’s product
  • Analyze and interpret information clearly and concisely
  • Work daily to ensure quality measurement standards are achieved
  • Any other duties as assigned


  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to navigate and access information accurately in database
  • Able to focus and work in a dynamic, demanding environment
  • Ability to take in and retain large amounts of complex information
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Strong problem resolution skills, general computer skills, and a passion for customer service
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience
