Job Details:

  • Managing calendar activities and appointments
  • Overseeing expense reports
  • Works closely and effectively with CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
  • Complex and detailed travel arrangements/itineraries/and agendas
  • Compiling documents for travel-related meetings
  • Plans, coordinates, and ensures CEO's schedule is followed and respected
  • Gatekeeper to CEO and manages all communication
  • Communicates on behalf of the CEO with office staff, senior management, and contractors
