Office Administrator/Front Desk

A HireStrategy Client is looking for an experienced Office Administrator/Front Desk professional to support a fast paced technology company in Chantilly Virginia. If you have 5-7 years of administrative support experience please apply!

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide a genuine and friendly greeting to all visitors at the front desk. Both in person and over the phone.
  • Maintain the office facilities, including the kitchen and conference rooms
  • Maintain the office calendar and schedule meetings and book conferences rooms.
  • Serve as point of contact for office maintenance, supplies, printing and billing
  • Manage the office inventory and reorder supplies as needed
  • Track expense reports for travel and credit cards as well as for vendors

 

Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience supporting preferably in and IT company
  • Ability to work in a fast paced start up
  • Excellent time management and the ability to juggle a variety of tasks
  • Attention to detail and superior problem solving
  • Outgoing personality and ability to handle direct feedback
