Administrative Assistant - Contract to Hire - Salary on a full time basis 55K - 60K

Location: Chicago Loop

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for calendar management for Managing Director
  • Travel coordination and preparation for a team of 5-7
  • Report preparation, correspondence, and presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Prepare and track expense reports utilizing Concur
  • General office duties as needed such as filing, data entry,and answering phones

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative support experience
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Must possess strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must have a proven track record working with and tracking detailed information
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
