Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for calendar management for senior executive and team members
  • Coordinate travel - domestic and international
  • Prepares reports, correspondence, and presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Responsible for preparing and tracking expense reports utilizing Concur


  • Administrative Assistants must possess at least  2 years’ experience in an administrative support role
  • Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • Must possess strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must have excellent communication skills
  • Must have a proven track record working with and tracking detailed information
