Client Support Coordinator

Location: Downtown Chicago

 

One of our extremely reputable firms we work with that focuses in audit, tax and advisory is looking for an energetic and customer service focused member to join the team!

 

Job duties:

  • Excellent communication to all levels of the organization via email, phone and in person
  • Highly professional client support service to clients nationally to answer any questions they may have about the programs
  • Organizing client material and ensure accuracy when putting packets together for clients
  • Working on tight deadlines to ensure effective information is gathered and then properly distributed to team members and staff as needed
  • Coordinating and scheduling programs via webcast platforms

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in a related field
  • Past experience involving coordination, including familiarity with webcast platforms
  • Experience with strong data entry and accuracy of information into a database
  • Strong verbal and written communication & presentation skills
  • Solid computer skills with proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
