Client Service Coordinator

Hours: 8am - 5pm

Pay: 35K-40K

Systems That Are Used: (would be a plus if candidate has)

- QuickBooks

- CRM software

**Marketing in background is a plus**

Responsibilities: 

• Maintaining lead database in CRM including leads searching, data cleaning, importing and reporting

• Coordinating the implementation of email marketing program, including write the content, edit marketing collaterals

• Enter and track and trace orders for customers

• Analyze inventory needs and stock levels

• Use internal systems (including QuickBooks, shared drive, CRM, status tracker for order management).

• Provide clients with order confirmations 

• Notify clients of issues or changes and resolve complaints

• Provide shipping paperwork to internal employees.

• Coordinate with manufacturers and transportation brokers to deliver stock product to our warehouses.

• Answer phone and email inquiries thoroughly and with a sense of urgency.

• Setup new customer accounts and manufacturers.
