Administrative Assistant

Looking for an Administrative Assistant to assist with recruiting coordination and office support. 

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Description:

  • Order office supplies, maintaining conference rooms for meetings
  • Other clerical duties as assigned
  • Attorney time entry into online system
  • Data entry for conflict checks and to open new matters
  • Expense reimbursements through online submissions
  • Conference room and video conference reservations via online reservation system
  • Coordinate travel arrangements with third party travel agency
  • Catering orders
  • Print and deliver documents

Experience Required:

  • Minimum 3 years in Administrative role
  • Previous law firm experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
