Job Summary

Our client is looking for a Receptionist to join their team.  As the Receptionist, you are responsible for ensuring all phones are answered at a timely manner.  The Receptionist will be responsible for answering all incoming calls, greeting guests, and ensuring all clerical duties are met.  Our client is looking for positive self-starter who is eager or thrive in a dynamic environment and deeply passionate about providing high quality administrative support.  


  • Responsible for answering multi phone lines, greeting guests, and ensuring all clerical/administrative duties as met
  • Answer, screen, and direct all inbound calls appropriately
  • Responsible for preparing and editing correspondences
  • Responsible for setting up conference rooms, calendar management, and directing all guests to appropriate department 
  • Perform related clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, filing, and organizing
  • Properly handle all guests and calls with high level of customer service


  • High School Diploma
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; experience in a teamwork and customer service skills are required
  • Minimum of two years of front desk experience in a corporate setting
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization skills is required; detail-oriented is a must
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay organize, multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Positive attitude, adding value to the team
