Receptionist

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for answering phones, greeting guests, coordinating and scheduling conference rooms
  • Prepare and process expense reports
  • Prepare reports and correspondence using Microsoft Word
  • Responsible for calendar management for the office
  • Ordering supplies for the office
  • Responsible for travel arrangements and reservations
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations for company meetings
  • Responsible for generates various reports using Excel
  • Will perform additional project work, as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
  • Receptionist must possess strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Must have 1-3 years office experience
  • Must have a professional phone presentation
