Account Management with Customer Service - $15/hr


  • Receive inbound calls and emails from customers
  • Manage entire call from start to finish: shipping, billing, order management
  • Be able to work efficiently with high level of professionalism 
  • Efficiently and accurately work within Excel

Required Experience 

  • At least 1 year of prior customer service and/or order entry experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Great attention to detail
  • A desire to be a part of a team, and come to work with a great attitude
