Job Duties:

The Office Manager will be responsible for managing the administrative operations of the Office, including the following:

  1. Supervising of team members
  2. Evaluating and managing the Office's operating and information systems;
  3. Overseeing the Office's financials and coordinating payment with Accounting department
  4. Assisting in updating marketing material
  5. Evaluating, managing and supervising the facilities of the Office
  6. Assisting with Human Resource functions such as recruitment and training.
  7. Coordination of social function for the office
