Inventory & Purchasing Administrator 

Location- Arlington Heights 

Hours:  Monday - Friday 8am-5pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing large data sets
  • Providing management and customers with insights to the data
  • Managing inventory counts
  • Entering orders
  • Utilizing SAP and Excel daily 

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years prior experience in Purchasing or Inventory 
  • College degree preferred
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel)
  • Strong organization, problem solving skills, and ability to think creatively
  • Ability to define a problem, collect data, identify, and apply solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Comfortable on the phone
  • Professional written communication skills
  • Managing/utilizing multiple systems
  • Team player
  • Detail Oriented
