A HireStrategy Client is looking for a File Assistant to support an HR project with digitizing their records!


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Quickly process large quantities of documents with utmost accuracy
  • Upload documents into the digital database with minimal errors
  • Shred paper documents and dispose of physical files appropriately
  • Audit electronic database for errors



  • Previous experience with document digitization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to commit to the term of the contract
  • High School Diploma required
