Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for calendar management, preparing and tracking expense reports, and inputting data
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Responsible for answering phones, directing calls, and managing incoming mails
  • Coordinate and schedule conference rooms

Qualifications:

  • Must possess at least 2 years’ experience in an administrative support role
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Proven track record working with and tracking detailed information
