Receptionist/Legal Assistant

Job Responsibilities

  • Is responsible for answering high call volume, greeting guests, coordinating and scheduling conference rooms
  • Must prepare and process expense reports
  • Must prepare reports and correspondence using Microsoft Word
  • Is responsible for calendar management for the office
  • Is responsible for travel arrangements and reservations
  • Establishes and maintains litigation and other files, correspondence, records, certificates and other documents
  • Order, follow-up, sort and organize Medical Records
  • Is responsible for assisting in drafting and preparation of various legal documents, such as routine notices, filings, and letter preparation

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required, Language Arts highly desired
  • Must possess strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • EXCELLENT written and verbal grammar
  • Must have 3 years office experience
  • Must have a professional phone presentation
  • Must possess the ability to work independently while managing changing priorities and projects
  • Must have excellent attention to detail, organization and planning, confidentiality and problem solving abilities
  • Quickbooks experience preferred, not required
