A HireStrategy Client is looking for a contract Front Desk Receptionist/Office Administrative Professional for their Herndon Virginia location.  This is a great opportunity for an outgoing and detail oriented professional looking to expand their skill set!

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Greet all clients with a pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Respond to client requests in person, via the phone and through email.
  • Manage courier pickups and deliveries; distribute mail
  • Assist with office administration and special projects.
  • Monitor postage meter, copy area, and copy/fax machines
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including Excel, Word for document creation and editing

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of Administrative experience
  • Experience with travel, calendar management, meeting planning, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and outlook
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with limited direction
  • Friendly and personable demeanor
