Our client is looking for a Data Entry/Customer Service Clerk to join their team!

Data Entry/Customer Service Clerk Responsibilities:

  • The Data Entry/Customer Service Representative is responsible for developing relationships with customers to coordinate all aspects of service
  • The Data Entry/Customer Service Representative maintains client files, contracts, and correspondence
  • The Data Entry/Customer Service Representative handles incoming calls
  • The Data Entry/Customer Service Representative prepares invoicing and billing information
  • The Data Entry/Customer Service Representative enters and updates information in a customized company database

Data Entry/Customer Service Clerk Requirements:

  • Prior call center or customer service experience
  • Data entry skills 
  • Ability to multi-task
