Job Responsibilities:

  • Participating in administrative staff meetings
  • Printing job cost summary reports
  • Data entry and extensive filing
  • Contacting various General Contractors for any missed contract information, exempt/resale certificates
  • Managing and composing AIA documents and paying applications
  • Certifying and prevailing payroll documentation

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel skills
  • 1-2 years of accounting experience  

Preferred Skills:

  • Sage 300 (Timberline)
  • College degree
