General Overview
This is a junior/entry-level position. Specialist will be responsible for activities to monitor and track inventory control of stock.  Evaluates inventory levels and reorders as necessary.  Maintain inventory records and prepares reports as related.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitors Inventory Safety stock levels, minimums/multiples, and ABC values for all CTD items.
  • Assists in prioritizing incoming merchandise and inventory.
  • Ensures that the facility has proper paperwork to receive and process goods for compliance and audit.
  • Works with internal and external departments to coordinate stock inventory.
  • Performs activities to expedite stock inventory with factories.
  • Receives purchase orders and transfer orders from vendors. 
  • Resolves any merchandising problems that may inhibit the receipt and/or shipment of inventory.
  • Ensure all shipments have proper paperwork, including import/export paperwork
  • Monitors reports to ensure that all information is correct and updated as necessary.
  • Assists in inventory preparation and planning of future inventory


  • Ideal candidate will have 1-2 years’ experience or previous internships
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management required
  • Super user for Excel (v-look up and pivot tables)
  • Excellent communication and follow up skills
  • Knowledge of SAP or previous database
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Available to start immediately
  • Must be eligible to work in United States and not need sponsorship now, or in the future
