Our client is looking for a Front Desk Receptionist located near Grand Central Station!



The Receptionist is the “face of the office”. This person manages the front desk of the office and greets all guests, clients, employees and vendors with a professional demeanor and positive attitude.



  • Manage the front desk of the office 
  • Greet guests/clients with professionalism;
  • Answer incoming calls and direct to appropriate internal departments and employees
  • Maintain front office appearance
  • Manage the booking of all 27 conference rooms
  • Keep common office areas stocked and clean; this includes lunchrooms, and conference rooms 
  • Maintain inventory of office supplies, cafeteria items and reorder as needed
  • Perform a wide variety of general clerical work including photocopying, filing and mailings
  • Receive and distribute all incoming packages, faxes and mail; process outgoing mail and overnight packages as necessary
  • Ensure all equipment is working properly and contact technicians when necessary




  • High school diploma required; Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred


  • 5-7 years of experience, previous receptionist experience in a similar setting


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Passion for making guests and employees feel welcome 
  • Attention to detail, dependable/punctual
  • Able to remain stationary at the front desk for entire day
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Computer fluency with Microsoft Office Suite 16 (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook)
