Administrative Assistant

Job Duties:

  • Processing legal requests 
  • Email intake
  • Data Entry
  • Maintaining organized digital folders and physical binders for requests
  • Creating legal summaries
  • Scanning legal results
  • Act as legal liaison between departments
  • Maintain high level of communication l 
  • Pull spreadsheet data for monthly reports

Job Requirements:

  • Experience within a legal assistant or administrative assistant role)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience communicating with highly professional employees
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Basic Excel and Mac skills
