Job Description:

- Answer employee requests and questions
- Conducts benefits enrollment for new employees
- Verifies I-9 documentation
- Reconciles benefits statements
- Conducts audits of payroll, benefits or other HR programs and recommends corrective action
- Updates spreadsheet with employee change requests and processes paperwork
- Assists with processing terminations
- Assists with recruitment
- Schedules meetings and interviews
- Filing/faxing/scanning of employee files
- Prepares new employee files
- Processes mail
