Requirements: 

- Enjoy helping others by phone, both inbound/outbound calls
- Adapt well to change
- Able to multi-task
- Microsoft skills
- Strong and assertive communication skills required
- Dependability
- Candidates with previous customer service, call center or mortgage experience is preferred
- Call length, quality and production will be measured in this role
 
Benefits offered upon conversion:
 
- $250 monthly incentive guaranteed for the first 4 months, afterwards they go onto the company bonus plan with the potential to earn up to $1000/month
