Customer Service Representative


  • Answer incoming telephone calls and emails in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
  • Handle and diligently follow-up on questions and concerns
  • Resolve issues to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Educate consumers on product information
  • Order Entry
  • Communicate with carriers to resolve shipping issues
  • Other administrative duties as required


  • Must be well organized and detail-oriented
  • Must be able to analyze situations and deduce best solution
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills 
  • Strong data entry skills and working knowledge of MS office applications
  • Self-motivated with ability to multitask
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to work well under various stressful situations
  • Accountable and willing to take ownership of tasks
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software / technology
  • Previous customer service experience preferable
  • Proven track record with the ability to deescalate issues
  • Punctual, patient, friendly, trustworthy, and strong team player
