Job Description:

- Process large payroll
- Manipulate employee data files between vendors, match codes and fields to transfer data back and forth
- Maintain employee security database and access control
- Set schedules for office doors to be locked/unlocked
- Assist employees with basic HR related questions
- Direct employees to personnel for more complex issues
- Prepare bonuses and help manager with research and design of compensation plans
- Make changes for new employees, rehires, and transfers within Paycom
- Reporting in Excel (extensive use)

Qualifications:

- Payroll experience
- Excellent Excel skills (advanced)
- Communication skills with all levels of employees
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Work well under pressure
