- Taking In-bound service calls over the phone and scheduling technicians based on availability
- Coordinating department resources with multiple locations throughout the state of Oklahoma
- Identifying, Ordering and staging parts; communicating with various internal departments, external vendors and creating purchase orders
- Entering work order information into the service job management system and inventory system
- Other tasks as assigned
