A growing Oklahoma City company is looking for an accounting and administrative professional to join their team!

Office Administrator

Job Functions:

  • Post and issue checks for payables
  • Collect receipts, organize and post credit cards
  • Research and respond to inquires
  • Maintain proper vendor documentation
  • Maintain folders for all offices and apartments
  • Create and maintain spreadsheets to keep track of landlord info, lease/rental amounts and lease expiration dates
  • Ensure timely rental payments are made
  • Receive and distribute incoming mail and fax transmittals to the appropriate department or individual in a timely manner
  • Sign for packages and deliveries
  • Answering multi-phone line system and directing calls to appropriate department or individual
  • Manage office supply orders and distribution


  • High School Diploma
  • Effective oral and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must be a self-starter with minimal guidance
