Job Description

  • Greet clients
  • Answer calls
  • Take messages for accountants and assist them with anything they need
  • Make conference room reservations
  • Keep conference rooms stocked up with supplies/drinks
  • Distribute documents to entire firm

  • Basic Word and Excel use
