Job Description:

- Managing overall property conditions including general care, maintenance, and repairs utilizing direct preservation vendors
- Review property condition reports and photographs to assess damage
- Evaluate how to resolve damage
- Submit repair bids to the investor or insurer for approval
- Provide clear and thorough direction to repair vendors
- Reviewing completed work orders to ensure compliance with requirements
- Monitoring and communicating with business partners and vendors as needed to ensure required time lines are met
- Interacting with internal legal counsel and/or city officials as needed
- Tracking and thoroughly documenting the status of properties
- Strong analytical experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Proficient with Word/Excel
