Job Description:
 
- Assist the manager in the daily operation and providing support to the employees of a call center
- Responsibilities include:  Employee supervision, leadership, motivation and coaching
- Overall call center factors include:  Service quality, operations management and success in achieving performance measures
- Accountable for service level, call monitoring, schedule adherence, idle time, customer service, sales per day and fraud prevention

Qualifications:
 
- Banking experience required
- Supervisor or Team Lead experience in any industry required
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to make independent decisions
- Inspire, coach and lead employees
- Perform difficult conversations with employees
