The Addison Group is looking for an Administrative Assistant who has experience covering a wide range of administrative support.  They must have supported and collaborated with all relevant parties to provide accurate and timely service to all clients, both internal and external.


The Administrative Assistant is an essential part of the office. The AA actively participates in office life, is flexible and willing to help fellow business partners and collaborate across functions.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Phone and E-mail Correspondence
  • Calendar and Travel Management
  • Be able to assist with a plethora of different general administrative duties



  • Associates Degree, OR any similar combination of education and experience
  • Proficient computer skills: Outlook, Word, Excel (preferred), and PowerPoint
  • Minimum of 1-3 years support/administrative experience, preferably at a fast paced professional firm
