A HireStrategy client is looking for an upbeat, eager Customer Service Representative looking to gain experience within the Administrative/HR Industry!


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Answering phones inbound and outbound calls
  • Responding to emails 
  • Entering orders (date entry)
  • Checking Order Status 
  • Filing/Admin misc. work



  • Professional and Adaptable (growing and changing office able to go with the flow) 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication 
  • Excellent Customer Service skills 
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite  
  • High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred
