Administrative Assistant - $20/hr

This Administrative Assistant will support and amazing team in and upbeat and positive office environment! 

Location - Schaumburg


Provides administrative support to Executive staff:

  •  Maintain travel records, process and submit corporate expenses; reconcile
  •  Credit card bill and review charges, collect applicable receipts
  •  Organize calendars
  •  Set-up and coordinate meetings
  •  Manage and maintain files, archival and audit information,
  •  Responsible for set-up and stocking of new hire workstations
  •  Assist new hires in office logistics orientation
  •  Front office duties include:
  •  Welcome visitors to the office, answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries
  •  Maintains safe and presentable reception area and conference room (s)
  •  Assist in the maintenance of office equipment
  •  Assist in ordering office supplies and tracking office inventory
  •  Manage incoming/outgoing mail including FedEx, UPS, etc.
  •  Maintain office records

Required Skills 

  • At least 5 years of office/professional experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Great MS office skills including Excel
  • A no job too big or too small attitude
