Customer Service Rep / Account Manager

Location: Schaumburg

Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm

Pay: 15.00/Hr – 17.00/Hr


-       Can work with Formulas in MS Excel

-       Need someone who is great with numbers. Analytical.

-       Technically savvy. Will be learning a lot of new systems but will train on this.

-       Stability in background. Will not want a contract job hopper.

-       Someone with 2-5 years of experience would be perfect. 

Job Responsibilities:

-       Will be assigned a set number of clients that they will maintain. (Kind of like an Account Manager)

-       Taking 20-30 calls / day with both clients and participants.

-       Address customer inquiries and complaints – Resetting passwords and assisting customers who are having issues with their card.

-       Validating and approving funds.

-   Creating and auditing Excel spreadsheets. These spreadsheets contain information regarding the amount of sales their participants make. The CSR will enter this information into Excel.

-   Will create Pivot Tables within Excel and will utilize VLookUps. (Grace may have the candidate show her how to create a Pivot Table within their interview)
