Customer Service Representative

Addison Group is assisting our Houston-area client with their search for a qualified Customer Service Representative.
 

Customer Service Representative Job Description:

  • The Customer Service Representative is responsible for developing relationships with customers to coordinate all aspects of service
  • The Customer Service Representative maintains client files, contracts, and correspondence
  • The Customer Service Representative handles incoming calls
  • The Customer Service Representative prepares invoicing and billing information
  • The Customer Service Representative enters and updates information in a customized company database
  • The Customer Service Representative interfaces with multiple departments (employees and management) to ensure project completion deadlines are met

Customer Service Representative Requirements:

  • Customer Service Representative candidates must be fluent in Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking)
  • Applying Customer Service Representatives must have high proficiency in computer skills
  • Customer Service Representative applicants must have proven experience thriving in a team-oriented environment
  • The ideal Customer Service Representative will have a minimum of two years office work experience, including customer facing experience
  • Customer Service Representative candidates must be proficient in MS Office (Excel, PP); data entry skills
  • Applying Customer Service Representatives must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
