Seeking an experienced, outgoing, and hardworking Administrative Assistant!

Job Description:

  • Administrative Assistant will answer, screen and transfer inbound phone calls
  • Administrative Assistant will receive and direct visitors and clients 
  • Administrative Assistant's general clerical duties including photocopying, fax and mailing;
  • Administrative Assistant will maintain electronic and hard copy filing system;
  • Administrative Assistant will handle requests for information and data;
  • Administrative Assistant will prepare written responses to routine inquiries;
  • Administrative Assistant will prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • Administrative Assistant will schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors
  • Administrative Assistant will prepare agendas for meetings and prepare schedules
  • Administrative Assistant will maintain office supply inventories

Job Requirements:

  • Administrative Assistant will have computer skills and knowledge of relevant software
  • Administrative Assistant will have knowledge of operation of standard office equipment
  • Administrative Assistant will have knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems such   as filing and record keeping
  • Administrative Assistant will have knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
