A HireStrategy Client is looking for a sharp Administrative Assistant to support a large property management office in the Northern Virginia market.  This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to begin their career in property management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond to tenant and vendor requests in person, via email and over the phone
  • Generate correspondence and update contracts
  • Act as liaison with vendors to respond to maintenance requests
  • Manage multiple schedules and coordinate meetings
  • Arrange catering and provide meeting set up
  • Support marketing strategy by generate marketing materials

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Must be timely, you will be the first in charge of opening the office
  • Display excellent communication both written and oral
  • Self-Motivated and able to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision
