Executive Assistant, Operations and People Team

HireStrategy has an exciting opportunity for an Executive Assistant with 5-10 years of progressive administrative experience preferably in a professional/financial services environment. Our client is a Washington, DC based international consulting firm looking for a stellar Executive Assistant who will manage the President & CEO, Director of Business Operations and management team. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the schedule of 2-3 executives and their direct reports
  • Manage heavy scheduling in a constantly changing environment
  • Arrange detailed domestic and international travel on a daily basis - (hotel, airline, car rental) and provide travel itineraries as necessary, including negotiating and/or researching best deals for the firm
  • Prepare extensive travel and expense reports
  • Draft executive-level correspondence
  • Manage executive calendars and coordinate project deadlines
  • Facilitate meeting coordination internally and externally



  • 5-10 years of progressive administrative experience as a high level executive assistant supporting C Level executives
  • Consulting firm background desired (especially professional/financial services environment)
  • Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Well-developed organizational and time management skills
  • Flexible attitude to participate in a collaborate culture
  • Proven track record with excellent tenure
