A well-respected HireStrategy client is seeking a part-time, temporary administrative assistant. This individual will support the day-to-day operations of the organization, working 32.5 hours per week. The role would be ideal for someone who is in school part-time (taking evening classes), or for an individual who does not need or want to work a full 40 hour week.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the organization
  • Manage phone and email communication
  • Maintain all business records, including employee files
  • Draft and edit written communications

  • A quick-learner with natural professional acumen
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience outside of internships
