Property Assistant-750 9th Street, NW-DC

A HireStrategy client is looking for a Property Assistant to support a third party Property Management company in their DC office! 

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the office’s operational needs including:
  • Coordinate with vendors to resolve tenant issues
  • Process invoices and support accounting tasks
  • Show vacant properties to prospective tenants
  • Perform marketing for a variety of property events
  • Respond to tenant requests quickly and professionally
  • Support the Property Manager in additional duties as needed

 

Qualifications:

  • Prior Property Management Experience is strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent customer service
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Prior experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable is preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite
