Accounting Assistant

Our client, a world leader in engineering and construction management located in the Leesburg, VA area, is in need of an accounting assistant for a contract to hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' of experience in an accounting role in a small business, and a bachelor's degree would be a plus. 


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle all of the AP process, including expense reimbursements 
  • Process credit card invoices and payments 
  • Assist on year end closing 
  • Assist with administrative duties as needed 



  • BS in business related field would be a plus 
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook 
  • Detail oriented and deadline driven 
  • Positive attitude 
  • Strong sense of urgency 
  • German speaking would be a plus!
