Banking Representative

Do you have banking experience and are looking for a great opportunity? We have a great client who is looking to add a Banking Representative to their team!

Job Functions:

  • Superior knowledge of all bank policies, procedures, products and culture
  • Effectively motivate and manage all branch staff
  • Mentor branch staff
  • Track and record training and competencies
  • Set and measure employee goals
  • Writing annual and 90-day performance evaluations in a timely manner for all staff at the respective location
  • Completing CTR’s in AML Manager for branch location
  • Ongoing Management training courses
  • Track and communicate to the Branch Coordinator the cross selling of products and services of the branch staff on a monthly basis

Position Requirements:

  • Experience in the operations side of banking
  • Knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • 10-key and typing skills (please include testing)
