A Northern NJ based retail company is looking for an entry level purchasing coordinator to come in and help with a growing business. Candidates must be able to maintain an acute awareness of detail & organization, investigate new software, create or streamline processes and have strong communication to engage with vendors & sales teams. 


  • Experience processing AP invoices.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, shipping, logistics, own large sets of date and reports, enter pending purchase orders.  
  • Intermediate excel skills.
  • Reconcile PO's worked with an enterprise resource management.
