Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle all administrative duties for the accounts payable processing
  • Scanning and filing invoices
  • Keying and matching
  • Reconciling bills 
  • Mailing out bills and receiving invoices
  • Produce invoices
  • Ensure billing deadlines are met
  • Handle all administrative duties for billing process 

Position Requirements:

  • 1-2 years accounts payable 
  • Trucking/transportation/logistics experience 
  • Great Plains
