  • Process customer checks and electronic payments.
  • Reconcile customer accounts.
  • Maintain department reports.
  • Answer inquiries from internal and external customers via phone and email.
  • Assist with accounts receivable and special projects as needed.  


  • Associate degree.
  • Excellent 10-key skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
