Accounts Payable Specialist
Tulsa, OK

Job Responsibilities:

  • Alpha and numeric data entry
  • Answers all vendor inquiries
  • Check in-coming faxes and distribute
  • Distributes signed checks as required
  • Open, sort and distribute mail
  • Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets within an imaging system
  • Performs batching and scanning of invoices into an imaging system
  • Prepare and process checks for multiple companies
  • Process and enter 300-800 invoices per week
  • Reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies
  • Record inter company checks
  • Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
  • Reviews labor contracts
  • Process 3 way PO matching invoices, up to 100 plus line items
  • Reconcile credit card statements
  • Reviews labor/rent contracts
  • Audits and verifies expense reports
  • Additional duties as assigned


  • High school diploma, college courses in accounting preferred
  • Minimum of  2+ years of experience with Accounts Payable
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word are a must)
